Clinical psychology · across the lifespan

A thoughtful space for meaningful change.

Warm, collaborative psychological care for individuals, couples and families.

Professional Bio

I am a Clinical Psychologist with extensive experience working across the lifespan, supporting children, adolescents, and adults with a broad range of psychological, emotional, behavioural, and relational concerns. These include anxiety, depression, trauma, personality disorders, identity concerns, addiction, neurodevelopmental conditions such as Autism Spectrum Disorder and ADHD, relationship difficulties, and significant life transitions.

I aim to provide a warm, thoughtful, and non-judgemental therapeutic environment in which clients feel genuinely heard. My approach is collaborative and tailored to each person’s needs, developmental stage, circumstances, and goals.

I have undertaken specific training in couples therapy, including Gottman Method Couples Therapy training, as well as training in family therapy. My work with couples is also informed by a psychodynamic approach, with particular attention to the underlying experiences and recurring patterns that shape how partners understand and respond to one another. I work with couples experiencing communication difficulties, recurring conflict, emotional disconnection, intimacy or trust concerns, and uncertainty about the future of their relationship.

Area of professional expertise

A significant area of my professional expertise lies at the intersection of psychology, relationships, and family law. I have extensive experience conducting complex psychological and family assessments, preparing reports for legal proceedings, and providing expert evidence in complex family matters. This work has developed my understanding of family systems, parenting, separation, parental conflict, and the ways in which adult relationships and family dynamics can affect children.

Alongside couples and family therapy, I provide post-separation parenting therapy for parents seeking to reduce conflict, improve communication, and establish a more functional and child-focused parenting relationship. My family-law experience informs this work while remaining clearly distinct from my forensic practice.

Whether working with an individual, couple, or family, I seek to help clients better understand the patterns contributing to their difficulties and create meaningful, sustainable change.
